Help alert in my settings

My innos mn8 --- I got an alert
saying I was running in high priveledge mode and that my phone had been rooted. Since that alert, my apps have been acting up, my network connection keeps showing errors, and when I click to go to another page or click to go to another app.,a red light flashes around the edge of my screen. Okay, I'm freaking out here. ..Can someone PLEASE HELP ME! !??!!?? THANK YOU! !!

Do you have developer options turned on? If so try switching them off

It was on and I switched it off. I've noticed some things have cleared up! !!!!!!! YOU GO FUNKY! !!!!!Gonna keep a check on it.. ..stay close by ... may need ya again. ..when it comes to this phone and computer thing. ...I'm lost. Drums I've got. ..this ...NAW¡¡¿¡ LOL.
