All emails from AndroidForums.com go straight into trash

Is there a way to NOT automatically subscribe to everything that I post a reply? It's annoying that AndroidForums has been spamming my mailbox with dozens of emails a day. I had to set up filters to put everything coming from AndroidForums into trash in my email. I've just clean up my trash, and it's filled with emails from AndroidForum.

I sort of think you must've opted to subscribe, as I've not done so, nor have I (to my recollection) changed any preferences on my user cp, yet I receive no notifications...

By defalt of upon registering don't you have the option to set this? Anyway you can change this all in the user CP area under Email.

I see you already got the answer for solving this with the forum software, but, if you are so inclined...

You can also solve this (likely) with your email provider. I use gmail (it's great). With it you can set up filters that automatically take care of things like that. For example, I often get emails from best buy showing me the local ads (or something). All of those are filtered, marked as read, and placed into a folder for best buy. I never see them.

I'd bet your email provider offers something similar.

Best of luck :)

After changing the global subscription options, go to each subscribed thread, also found in your User CP, and at the top of the thread is a drop down for Thread Tools. Go there, change your subscription for that thread.
