HTC EVO 4G - Sprint - even though i haven't changed any of my email usernames/passwords - I constantly get 'login failed' - I update the PRL which I'm not even sure this is what I'm suppose to do - but even after doing that I get continue to get the error message. Is this a Sprint thing and HTC thing -
Not sure which mail application is giving you issues. Have you tried deleting your account (on your phone) and then setting it up again from the beginning? Another option might be to look at your account settings and see if you can reenter your access information without deleting the account from your phone.
