Lot's of options to tweak your settings, including what loads at Startup, clearing browser cache, old/junk files, etc..
Not only does it speed up your Startup, but it speeds up your device and overall functionality is faster and smoother.
I also ran AnTuTu Benchmark and scored a 17087 which is faster than the Nexus 4 (16793) and almost as fast as the S-3 (17956) and the Nexus 10 (19485) and beats all three in several categories and not just those due to the smaller screen and lower screen res.
My Benchmark numbers used to be in the high 15,000's.
I'm sure with further tweaking, I can get the Benchmark numbers up to 18,000+ if I disable more startup items like Avast Mobile Security, WiFi, GPS, lower the Screen Brightness from 100%, etc...
Anyways, it's a free app and if you don't have it I recommend it.
