So this guy is at a customer service window demanding an employee get arrested for short changing him. His logic that he keeps repeating is, If he stole from the store they would arrest him.

The customer service rep finally said, "What you're talking about is an alleged crime". The guy looks at the rep and says, "I'm not a ledge".

True story. i was there.
