How do I allow popups on my Motorola 4g phone?

After 15+ years, we've made a big change: Android Forums is now Early Bird Club. Learn more here.
I'd suggest checking the settings of the browser.
Otherwise, try installing a different browser (and check it's settings, in case blocking popups is the default). There are plenty of them in the Play Store.
