allow two apps the use the camera?

Are there any apps or mods available to allow two applications to use the camera at the same time? I am looking to mount my phone on a RC car so i can record my track runs and be able to stream to my Asus TF201 so i can view the footage during the run. I am using droidcam on my phone and tiny cam viewer on my tablet with alot of success, but being able to record in 3d while doing this would be great.

any constructive suggestions at all are appreciated, thank you

I know this can be done on PC (I know there is a huge difference, just putting it out there)

I highly doubt that two apps can use the same hardware at the same time like that. That would just cause too many conflicts, I would think.
