Allshare App help needed please

Hi ya , hoping someone can help me out with my little problem.

I have a samsung galaxy ace installed withe the allshare app.
I also have an acca laptop installed with clear.fi.

I have saved photos on my lap top from my phone using those apps listed above to transfer them.

Now the problem i am having now is that when i view the photo on my laptop it is all blury as if the resolution is being altered in the transfew, then if i cave the image on my lap top and try viewing it, it is a small picture that i have to zoom on in order to make it bigger but then the quality is drastically reduced,
The picture wear taken on my phone in the highest resolution .

If i was to transfer them via usb then they are as they should be , nice large image and very clear.

Any ideas plase.

I'm just guessing here in my answer, but could you be looking at the thumbnail as the picture. Some apps still create thumbnails when they have pictures loaded and those thumbnails are of very low resolution.

Thanks for the reply.

It is the although i am transfering a thumb nail and that is about the resolution of it, but if viewed on my phone it is good quality and also if transfered via usb to my laptop it is good quality but for some reason it is only if i do it via my wi fi hub network using the above programs.
The first time i used the apps it was perfect but the secont time picture quality is greatly reduced.

It is when i view the photos off my phone thrugh my laptop using the above apps it does it and even if i save them from clear fi to my c drive it is still poor quality.

But you are kind of right as it seems clear fi is only picking up the thumb images and not the full picture if that make sense.

Question:

When you transfer with BOTH other mediums, ALlshare and that other program you mentioned, let's take USB out of the picture....Same issue?
 
Sounds to me as if you're looking at the full photo files on yor phone, Davrus, but at the thumbnails of those on your laptop. As if only the thumbnails have come across. And not the files themselves.

Have a look at the size of those photo files on your laptop, Davrus. If they are, say, under 10K each, then those obviously aren't the full photo files but just their thumbnails.

If that is the case than clearly something went wrong in the transfer. If true then another m.o. of transfer should work. You could try Kies Air, or SonicShare, or WiFi File Transfer (Bluetooth style, WiFi speed), and park the AllShare problem for the moment. After all you want those photo files across. So that's the first order of business. You weren't looking to solve software puzzles, were you?
 
still not fixed, any more info, i beleive it is only picking the thumbnail from my phone to transfer as when wiewed on phone before transfer it is not too good quality, is there any way of changing the sorce path in all share?
