It looks like they have changed the name from Samsung AllShare Play to Samsung Link. You can download it directly from the Google Play Store here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.pcw
It's possible that it's not missing though. If your apps are set to automatically update, it may have updated to the new name and icon without you noticing.
