Alternative to carrier expensive phones

Hello this might have been answered but is there any inexpensive china made smartphone that has big screen? We have s3 right now from t mobile thanks

Oh, I'm sure there are. eBay is going to be your source for that.

BUT. There is a major difference between cheap and inexpensive. Are you willing to give up the reliability and support of a known manufacturer(Samsung) for an unknown piece of junk from China? I can guarantee you're going to have no support. No updates. Nobody to help you if it has problems. It will likely have very outdated specs.

What about the ZTE ZMax on TMO?

The Zmax is a pretty good phone. No bloatware, surprisingly fast and, the battery life is outrageous. No one has been able to figure how to root this phone so far. I have had mine for a week and no complaints. The dolby system is nice too.
