I'm looking for a messaging app that will replace Hangouts.
I like the fact that Hangouts IM's and phone SMS's are grouped together.
What I don't like is that there is no dark theme, and that you have to press [SHIFT] to get [CARRIAGE RETURN] - I don't need Emoji's, I need to be able to break up a wall of text!
At the moment, I can cope with using Android's stock messaging on my S3 (I actually quite like the stock app). But when I upgrade to my S5 in a month or 2, I will have to at least install a 3rd party app for SMS.
While there are many to choose from, I would like to be able to replace Hangout's completely and not just the SMS side.
It would be even better if it could integrate Facebook Messenger too, but I seriously doubt that will happen due to the proprietary technologies.
Any suggestions?
