Alternative to Pixelpipe?

Since Pixelpipe appears to have been abandoned for Android and the developers are ignoring all questions about it on their support forums, does anyone know of a good alternative?

I would like to see an app that allows you to upload your pictures to multiple sites at once.

Try Posterous - nice app and works well from the web and tweetdeck (desktop version) too
