As all of you with the Kyocera Hydro/Rise/Event know, we can't flash roms due to locked boot loader, However here is a new app that is supposed to allow modification of stock roms by making extensions, we should check it out.

Hummmm??? I've kinda did my own personal mod with the recent wifi and audio mods for our snapdragon arm 7 cpu + 205 andros gpu + Southbridge based (of course the kyocera hydro/rise related products) have custom apk files written from different makers (Htc/Samsung) which are optimized for better performance and stability for the msm7630 surf based microcontrolers (like the kyocera hydro/rise family . Ive manage to extract and install from Custom Roms and Other sources to the Kyocera hydro and had some success. Reading up the threads resources on this site with trial and error plus finances you can tweak Away!
