Known Bugs

The ROM is a bit slow at startup... plus, it was never meant to run on the Droid. Voice search is not working... always just stops and says "Didn't catch that". Working on a fix, but in order to bring JB faster, I'm releasing this version first. Oh, and I played angry birds... without much lag so I guess that counts for something :)

Thanks alot man... links due shorty.. i was just on the road this weekend with my mom nd sister and I didn't have internet except for the hotels

Soon will be, my harddrive failed -_- so I had to get everything back up and running... google drive saved my ass

This is so sweet! My original Droid lives to see a Jelly Beaner ROM! Woot! :D
Thanks for all your hard work.. I have been playing with this since last night... I used version 1.2 and the safe kernel with jellybean gapps and so far it has been pretty nice considering this phone was never meant see this Android OS... but like the OP says! "They were so wrong!!!" :P

Look forward to seeing more things ironed out on this.. are your plans to have everything 100% working for this? That would be so awesome! I just started a new job after being unemployed for 6 months but I will definitely be hitting that donate in a few weeks for you!

Thanks again! This is so cool... I will never sell my OG Droid... it just keeps coming back with a vengenance!!!! :)

:) Glad to hear you like it, and just like my ICS rom, I do plan on ironing out all the kinks, but it will take longer, cuz I'm back into school... since I'm doing a programming class though, maybe I'll see if I can do this as a project or something, who knows!

Have you considered focusing on just one of the two? In my mind, whichever has the greatest chance of being a stable "daily driver" should be the one you put your time into. If that gets stable and solid, you could shift to the other if you still want to.

Just an idea...

That was exactly my idea, since ICS had a head start, i's pretty much done.. you can check it out on Rom Manager, developer EManU3LXX, or look up the thread here.. I'm focusing my shift on JB now

Is there no V6 Supercharger yet? Or can I use the zip from the ICS rom?

Hi, Installed your rom on my droid, runing great. Only problem I have is when checking voicemail the screen blacks out and cant do anything for a bit until call disconnects itself. Is this a known bug?

Thanks

I can't any of the links to DL anymore. These adfly links are not playing nicely with my browser's setup....

Stuck in a boot loop!

I followed the instructions for both this ROM and the ICS ROM and seem to have hit a wall. The ICS ROM would allow me to get to the boot animation before looping (red notification would flicker every loop).

I'd love to see Google Now running on my OG Droid, did anyone run into these problems and find a solution?

---I must've corrupted the file somehow during the first download. Since, I have been able to run the ROM and it is cool! I'm getting stalls from Google Now, but I'll see what the boards have to say about that.

I wanna know the bugs of the roms & what is difference b/w V1.2 & v2 rom ?

Idk all the bugs, but some people reported cam not working on 1.2, overall it's really ram management and different tweaks until I can get to the final version.
