Aluminum flex above dock connector

On my gray 32GB i've noticed that the thin aluminum edge right above the dock connector is not straight -- I was able to bend it back up slightly, but has anyone else noticed this on their models?

nothing there, but feel like i am getting a little flex over the volume switch.

Not over the dock connector, but the metal around the sides of the screen flexes quite a bit. On the side with the volume buttons, you can see where the screen moves independently from the care and there is a creaking sound when I touch the screen... Haven't decided if it is worth returning over yet though.

Part of my glass above the location of the speaker flexes.

Man, my case is rock solid all the way around but I didn't/haven't gone and looking for flaws. The only thing that I noticed yesterday was a big lousy scratch. Oh well, that's what it's made for right?
