always/juust once option disappeared permenantly

I am using samsung j7 2015 edition i cant seem to use the just once/always option as it was removed or disappeared permanently from my phone . Even after resetting the application preference it still did not appear in the option.pls contact me with a solution number is +***mod redacted***

What happens when you select an app? Do the options then appear perhaps?

Removed your phone number. Spammers and scammers would scoop that up. If someone wants to call you your number can be exchanged via private message.

It does not appear when i select an application when i reset the app preference it shows the different apps to be selected for the job to be done but just once and always option is not present when i want to use the same job for 2 different appication
