Help Always not response (Support Needed)

Dear All

I would like to get some advise as I am too new for Casio C811 model. I just got my phone for 2 days which it been keeping no response when I press to power button to turn on the screen. What I can do is to take the battery off and put it back to turn on (many time during a day). Do anyone has some trip to do a soft reset or other solution better than take the battery off when the phone has no response?.

If the phone is 2 days old return it and ask for a warranty exchange. (If you bought it online, contact them first and ask for an RMA [return merchandise authorization] number and a UPS [or equivalent] label you can print to use to send it back to them at their expense.

Thanks for your advised. Honestly, I just ask someone to brought me from Korea which I think is impossible to do as ur suggestion.

You can do a Factory Reset by going to Settings Menu, Backup and Reset, Factory Data Reset.

I don't know if that will solve your problem, but it's worth a try. You should back up all of your data, because it will wipe the phone to a like-new software condition.
