Always on, FULL Charge Indicator in Note 9 vs Note 10 Plus

Hello

After we fully charge our phone,

Note 9
It takes 10min more to show the green light up
& is written Fully Charge

Note 10+
Its Battery Icon turn green, which is nice

hmmmm interesting. not sure what that could mean for your note 9.....im glad i waited for the note 10+......was going to get a note 9, but i liked my note 8 and did not see the need to upgrade.

re booting the phone does the same thing?
