Unfortunately Samsung opted to put a non-removable battery in this model.Hi, have you tried removing the battery for 5-10 minutes and then reinserting it?
Are you still using the original charger and cable that came with your Note? It sounds like you're using a lower capacity power adapter.for the past couple of weeks, iv'e noticed that my note 8 battery is taking much longer to charge. It also discharges while i use it even while being plugged in. that never happened before. any thoughts wpuld be appreciated.
the galaxy note 8 has a sealed battery.Hi, have you tried removing the battery for 5-10 minutes and then reinserting it?
i did refresh it though and that seemed to work. to refresh, you fully charge the battery, then let it fully drain twice.the galaxy note 8 has a sealed battery.
Yes it can be removed but it's not a task to be taken lightly since it's not a matter of just popping the back off and loosening some screws, there are those nasty adhesives involved. Some people say just use a hair dryer but that will result in heating up the entire phone since it's not as focused as a heat gun where the heat is more focused.True but it can't come completely off?
