Help Am i in the right place

Guys I am in India and just bought a MotoRAZR XT910.....i didnt find my mobile model listed in the forum, so i selected the closest which is Moto RAZR DROID........am i in the right place or there is a separate forum for it......pardon my ignorance....i am new

XT912 is a US version for providers like Verizon.

Guys i am having Motorola razr xt910... just got ics update this month.. but what i am facing is that my phone gets hang once a day.. i need to force restart it (pressing power + volume)... what cud be the reason for the same....

i updated the cell by myself.. re-updating by the official moto center would help?

one more thing i am facing prob with my razr`s charger pin.. means some of the mini usb cables doesnt fit tight in it.....

Did you do. Factory reset after upgrading? I'd you are having problems with ICS then I would suggest trying that. You will lose all your data on your phone but it should fix whatever issues you are having.

Except for the cable.


If it's fairly new there shouldn't be too much to re-setup after the factory reset.

thanks for the response.. i did factory reset after 10 days of updating to ics.. i did with volumed & power key.. but still it hangs...

That's not a factory reset. Go to setting>privacy and it should be in there. Be warned you will loose everything in your phone.
