Help Am I stuck with CM11?

Ok, so I have the S4 on O2 in the UK, i9505.

I installed CM11 when I had a windows laptop...no longer have access, anywhere to a windows PC.
So, I presume I also don't have a backup of my stock rom. Yeah, my bad.

I have a Mac mini, so if any help...I need something for mac.

I don't have an issue with CM11 but I'm looking to sell the phone soon and should try and get it back to stock.
Can I do this using clockworkmod rom manager from the playstore? Before I installed CM11 I had rooted my S4 using Odin (on the laptop I no longer have) and I'm sure it installed clockworkmod recovery....that's what boots up holding down the buttons on power up right?..oh why did I do this :) ...well, am I stuck?

You can flash ROMs from recovery (you only need to use Odin the first tme) so no, you aren't stuck.

One thing worth mentioning is that you cannot go back to a stock ROM if you have blown the Knox fuse but you can still install other ROMs.

Cheers for the reply.

How do I check the Knox 'fuse'? (Never mind, I have :( 0x1 ..used an app samsung phone info)

When I reboot I get a yellow text line and red text line...something about seanoid not enforcing. Whatever that means :/

Reboot into download mode. There will be some very small text, part of which says:

Knox Warranty Void 0x0

or

Knox Warranty Void 0x1

0x0 means you haven't blown the fuse and can install whatever ROM you wish.

Once Samsung rolled out Knox enabled firmware, installing a non-stock recovery blew the fuse. It isn't specifically Cyanogenmod's fault. I was lucky and did this before I got a Knox-enabled ROM so I can still revert to stock if I wish.

I think you may as well sell it as it is as Cyanogenmod is the most well-known 3rd party ROM and is probably the second best bet from a sales perspective after stock.
