Help Am stuck at ''Unfortunately Touchwiz Home stopped'' after rooting Note 3 SM-N9005

Hey folks,

i just rooted my note 3 (SM-N9005) using CF-Auto Root using ODIN.

The whole rooting process went through well in leass than 30 seconds but my note 3 didn't reboot into recovery mode after rooting. So i had to do it manually. Though it started, i ended up in getting a black screen and continuous ''Unfortunately ******** has stopped'' error pop ups and that all. It just gives error forever. When i press the home key, i get the Touchwiz stopped error and it just continues....

Now am not able to use my phone...Can any one help me to solve this?

Go into your app manager and reset app preferences. Worked for me.

Screen stuck at black screen and when i press home button ''Unfortunately Touchwiz Home stopped'' message pops up...and thats all.

Update: I did a Factory reset and lost all my data.

Anyway to retrieve my user data using any apps? Am a noob when it comes to recovering using adb shell and all these things.
