It's called Waze, I found it while reading information about Foursquare. I thought it would be more efficient if more people used it. It would definitely help to avoid traffic jams and such.

Seems like ALOT of work. They would have to PAY me setup my phone every time I drive to work. Plus I would need to be PAID to update and fix errors on their maps.

I used Waze for awhile, but the application was so laggy and sluggish, it wasn't worth it. By the time I wanted to add a cop that I just passed, I was long quite far away and it was a pain to add it.

Maybe they fixed it by now. The idea was cool, but the performance was abysmal.

It's a bug fest. It hangs my phone. It is a major CPU hog. It has potential but they need to get it reliable before getting concerned about features.
