So I had to order a warranty replacement for my X bc the aux port quite working. I had a zagg full body shield on it, I asked best buy if they would warranty the zagg. They said no which was no big deal so i asked the guy if we could try and peel the old zagg off and re-apply it, it was only two weeks old anyways. He tried it and it worked to perfection. He charged me nothing to do this and wouldnt even take my tip I tried to give him. Great service from them

I have had nothing but good things to say about the people at Best Buy. Every time I go there, I actually find people who know what they are talking about. I even had to get a new Xbox that had broke under warranty, under 5 min in and out. And I do plan on having them put a Zagg on for me.
