Amazon Fire - Android Studio - Is Connection Possible?

I am programming with Android Studio on Windows 10. I need to get an Android device to check my In App Purchases code. (It needs a device, it cannot be done on the emulator.)

Can you connect an Amazon Fire Android device to Android Studio, or do you need a proper Android phone or Tablet?

The answer from your link is, YES you can test your app and link your Amazon Fire to your Android Studio running on Windows 10.

However, the answer is also NO. Because, the Amazon system has its own In App Purchase procedure, which means I cannot test my Google Play In App Purchases through it.
