I HAVE JUST BOUGHT FIRE HD8 BUT IT WON'T LET ME INSTALL SHOWBOX, CAN ANYONE HELP ?

Tried searching for showbox on apkmirror but no results ?

I've not used showbox but my understanding it it is for Pirating television & movies. We can't offer support getting it working here.

While at it, install a launcher on that Fire Tablet. I used a Fire Tablet and hated the Amazon Launcher so much. Clunky, too many ads, unorganized, it goes on.
