If you are like me, you may have run into an issue with not being able to login to amazon from your prevail. It seems that each time you install the amazon appstore on your telephone, it registers it as a separate device. And there is a limit as to how many devices you can have. (i believe it is 25.) Well, I guess I reinstall roms and apps quite a bit!
The solution for me was simple. Log in to your account through a desktop puter', and navigate to your apps and devices in the Digital Content section. Check "your devices" and deregister those that you do not need. (I had a lot of duplication for my one phone.) After that, logging in was no longer a problem.
