Help Amazon MP3 APP download issues

My issue started today. So I click on Cloud and Albums and scroll down and there is my album. I select it and the download button is not active or is greyed out. I went into settings to make sure the autodownload option was selected. Out of curiousity I looked at other albums I have purchased in the past and the issue is the same. If i want to redownload, the button is greyed out. I have the Samsung Galaxy S5. As you can see in the screenshot, the download button just below the album and band name is greyed out. And then all the songs have black checkmarks to the right.

Are you using the same Amazon account name as you were when you purchased the songs? If not, as far as Amazon's software is concerned, you're not the same person. (If you are, contact Amazon - the phone you're using shouldn't make any difference, unless the license specifies use on a single device, in which case you have to pay again if you change phones. [It's not a nice license, but if that's what it says, and you agreed to it, that's what it is.])

Yes I am using the same Amazon account which is my email plus password. This only started yesterday. I bought several albums last week and they downloaded just fine. I could go back into the 'cloud' library, locate the album and click the download button. But starting yesterday, an album didn't autodownload, so I go to the cloud library, locate the album but the download button is greyed out. And there are greyed out/black check marks to all the songs to the right. If I look at any other album that I have purchased in the past from 1 week to a year, it's the same: download button is greyed out and there are black check marks to the right of the songs. Could it be a setting somewhere or a setting on my account that I access via online? Any help is greatly appreciated.

For the sake of argument, I located a free album on the Amazon mp3 app. I downloaded, automatically, and everything was fine. Once the download was complete, I went to the library and chose Cloud. I scrolled down, found the album and selected it, and again, the download button was greyed out and the black checkmarks to the right. This was an album I downloaded a minute before.

I'm having the same issue, specifically with "My Eyes" by Blake Shelton. Haven't been able to find anything in Amazon's policy, but it appears that they are selectively blocking downloads and forcing you to use the cloud? I'll be requesting my $1.29 refund immediately, and they won't be getting another digital music dime out of me until they clearly mark what songs can actually be downloaded when I pay for them.
