Amoled II plus and Amoled III

[Deleted User]

So, what is new with III vs. II? I haven't turned up anything other than resolution.
Amoled II vs. II plus is the pixel lay out I believe and that is a big deal. Not sure if II+ vs. III is a big deal. Anyone know the diff?
This is for Samsung phones.

I saw this last month. Not sure how credible it is. Claims to have a 1280x1024 resolution and a ppi of 352.
