An app to create geoRSS or gather geo data with

Hello!

I am looking for something pretty specific, so, I might be looking for something that does not exist... either way, I'd appreciate any help.

I am looking for a way to create geoRSS with my phone (android), the RSS will then be loaded to a Google Maps widget in my wordpress site.

I basically want to present my latest location on a map, and if to connect my previous location as a path.

I wonder if there is an app that will update, with each location update, an xml file that will be posted somewhere on the web (I'll have a direct link, or whatever).

What do you think ?
