An application to take voice to text memo?

I have a bluetooth headset which I can have on my ear constantly. I wonder if there was a voice activated memo application which can take notes anytime. Lots of times, I have an idea, but I don't have my hands free to take out my phone. This is because I often have gloves on to do my work and the gloves must stay clean.
 
I actually just saw a video review of the moto X 2014 and it seems to have voice activate commands. I do wonder if I have to change phone to have this though. I currently have a Note 2 and I do love the S Pen. It even is compatible with my Surface Pro 2.
