An Unknown Chime

I am hearing a chime during the day ever so often (probably at least 5 times or so)...few hours apart. No notification. I looked thru my Settings and nothing. But, i keep on hearing it...strangely it is during the day. No chime at night, but i do have Blocking Mode ON. Any idea? Driving me nuts! It is not related to battery status, charging status, LTE signal, roaming, etc.. I checked already.

Any idea?

I'm just guessing but it sounds like an alarm.

Have you recently installed a new app around the same time the chimes began?

Do you keep your phone plugged in during the day? The phone chimes when it is 100% charged.

Nope. It happens while unplugged.

Good question...i don't know. I had to restore my phone a month ago due to lagging/crashing. When i re-installed all my old apps that was when the chime began.

I had the same issue awhile ago, drove me crazy as well! It turned out to be a notification for new email in hotmail. I hope this is the solution for you.
