Anderoid laptop stuck on boot screen

Please help me as i am on the brink of insanity

i have bought a laptop from amazon for my niece (7in TFT netbook with ice cream sandwich)

the netbook is now stuck on the boot screen i dont know how she done it but this is the fact as it stands. i have tried downloading flash files on an sd but nothings being mounted until after the screen loads (which it doesnt)

ive connected it to the laptop but again it is not picking anything up.

I NEED HELP PLEASE

It's more than likely bricked because of faulty software due to poor quality, as this is a cheapo device. Best bet would be to RMA, and return it for refund or replacement.
