Help androd virus?

Hi,
I have a samsung I5801. recently noticed a pop up message "Helo" with option OK. There is no other way than pressing OK after which the screen unfreezes. This happens every 1 min and everytime with the message my screen freezes. Please help.

if this a virus? I tried scanning with Lookout and it did not reported any virus. Also tried factory reset of phone and format of sd card but no help.

This was flagged as a server problem for a certain provider. I believe it was tmobile or verizon? I forget the provider, but it is not a virus. Talk to your service provider about this one!
