Android 1.5 - search calendar?

This has been a major annoyance for me. On Android 1.5, I have not found a way to search the google calendar.

Does anyone know of a way to do so? Or is this something that is available in a newer version of Android?

Who'd thunk it, no search available for calendar??

I have downloaded an app called Power Search. It searches the calendar.

Thanks, that works pretty well. I also downloaded "Quick Calendar" which has a widget and some other features specific to calendar as well.

Apparently QuickDroid and Aurora can also do similar searches, but I'm pretty happy with Power Search for now.

It's still ridiculous that Google's default calendar has no search feature though.
