Android 10 Status Bar Stopped Working

Hey everyone! I am in desperate need of help.
Just last night my phone was working just fine. I turn it on this morning, and my status/notification bar does not work at all. I've tried MANY online solutions and nothing is working whatsoever.
Can someone please help?
I've tried cache cleaning, rebooting, guest mode method doesnt work on the A50 as theres no guest mode available.

I dont have a service plan on this phone.

what phone do you have? if you do not have a service plan, then a factory reset should not hurt anything. you just need to be on wifi.

I have a Galaxy A50. I could of swore in order to initiate a factory reset you had to be on a service plan and THEN you can get onto wifi.

nope you should be fine. if there is no service, the phone should revert to wifi.

If by some chance it doesn't, does my phone become completely locked?
