Haha.. A lot of forum Nazi's on here. Answer to your question is No. You should do a search first before asking questions tho. Or simply Google it.
 
they're lying...it came out on Monday (Dec 14)
and will be rolling out all this week starting with those on the East Coast then
making it's way west. It will only update if you are at 90% battery life and under 12% awake time. And before you ask, no, it can't be done while charging or in a Starbucks on wifi.

So far i've updated mine and my gfriends. The new google goggles is fantastic!!!
 
With all the problems with battery life I have been reading about, I can't imagine that there are too many phones out there that is under 12% awake time ... I haven't had as much problems and mine is still running at 41%.
 
Just checked mine and it's EXACTLY at 12%....

People, the update will come in time... just wait it out and be calm.

I'm sitting at 11% awake with a boot time of 76 hours. :)
