By "pretty fast," do you mean that it runs faster than TouchWiz on 1.5? And does this have the implication that we could very well start seeing ROMs for the Behold 2?

Really, if all that isn't functioning is the wifi and sensors, I could live with that. I've yet to actually try the wifi on my Behold 2, anyway, and if the phone runs faster than TouchWiz, I just might have to give it a go.

He is talking about Mustymod's Galaxy firmware (Samsung I7500 mustymod ROM (Android 2.0) - Android @ MoDaCo )

Unfortunately I do not think it will run on the Behold 2... unless someone tries to send it via ODIN to see what happens (however, Bricking the phone seems very likely).
