My Mobile has just crashed and its not able to reset factory setting also only the welcome screen appears and nothing is proceeding though I am touching the icon as said . On the screen only the icon appears and emergency call and language selection appears .
Kindly help me what to do I will be very grateful to you suggest which ROM I should install as I am not aware of anything.
The details of my mobile is as follows purchased from China
