android 2.2 help

hi i just got samsung gallax apollo this week and. I would like to upgrade from 2.1 to android 2.2
i dont want to root it how to i upgrade officaily and legaly to 2.2 please

If your phone is supposed to have 2.2 you should be able to do the update over-the-air by going to Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Updates and do both a Firmware and an Android update. If none are available, I would contact my carrier. They should be able to push it through over-the-wire in a store.

I wouldn't personally do OTA updates. Connect your phone to your PC and open Samsung Kies. Check for updates that way.
