I have a iball i7011 tablet. The wifi gets turn off autumatic within 35 seconds. Is it possible to use lan through usb. It has usb otg and host port. In host mouse and keyboard work fine.
 
You should be able to attach a LAN adapter to the OTG adapter. The big question is whether Android 2.2 supports LAN... it's a very old operating system. Good luck!
