Android 2.3 & 4.0 WiFi Internet HD 1080P HDMI Google TV Box ARM Cortex A9 Firmware

Hi Guys
I bought one of these mini pc android 4.0 smart tv adapter dongle and plugged it into the TV and it seems to work ok however my problem is I need to find the Mac address to connect it to the WIFI network, I had someone hacking my network and using 100gb of data so in order to stop them I now have a Mac address filter on my router.
I have been able to find the Mac addresses of all the PC's and Android Smart phones in the house that need to be connected to the WIFI network but this TV dongle is eluding me, most Android devices the Mac address is found in "Settings/About device/Hardware Information or Status" but this one doesn't seem to be anywhere, someone on another site suggested going to the CMD prompt and doing "IP config/all" but as far as I know that will only work on dos "windows" based machines, if someone can help me out it would be appreciated as I don't want to take the Mac filter off my router for security purposes.

OK found out my self - Settings/WIFI/"hit menu again" advanced and there's the Mac address, all done cheers
 
For anyone that cares, i think i figured out why wifi is dying on the c03ref roms, wifi is tied into the networkmanager and networkstats. networkstats uses a kernel module /proc/net/xt_qtaguid/stats. this module doesnt exist in kernel version 2.6.x that stane1983 is using. it is a kernel module in new 3.x kernels like the f16ref uses. it is for the data usage menu item in settings which stane has disabled due to this lack of kernel module. but wifi upon heavy usage reports to networkstats and no stats ever get generated. this causes throttleservice to kick in and not find any stats which triggers connectivityservice to drop the connection and report the change. backport the missing kernel module or compile a newer kernel with backport support for c03ref amlogic chip. or use amlogic kernel with stane rom.

xt_qtaguid is used by the ICS data usage feature.
Solution is to enable CONFIG_NETFILTER_XT_MATCH_QTAGUID (and all
dependencies) in kernel .config file.

this app : Wifi fixer fixes the c03ref wifi issues with stanes roms. app replaces broken connectivity services and whatnot.

EDIT: Scratch that. wifi still drops. I used pimp my rom to change wifi scan interval all the way up to 400. connection drops suddenly only happened once every 30 minutes or so instead of every 2 minutes. wifi could sustain almost 20mbs connection download then finally died after 20 minutes on netflix. I read somewhere that this could simply be a bad power supply not giving enough juice. also, wifi fixer is a nice app, but i don't know if it really helped at all. after removing it, wifi still performed reasonably well. but still dropped. will try new power supply. imma kick myself if that has been the problem all along. also, stane1983, do you happen to have a kernel for the c03ref that is clocked any higher than 750mhz? was there major errors and crashes any higher than that? i have plenty of heatsinks and mini fans if i need....can you make me a kernel that is cpu unlocked so i can set the clock myself?

Hello! I have one Android TV box with Android 4.0.4 Amlogic mbx reference board f16ref. Its firmware is awful so i was searching for custom firmwares made for mbx reference board And Aml8726-M3.
Version is ICS.MBX.20121022. It surprises me almost every time i boot it up: last time mouse cursor image was and still is full screen image of a boot screen (Android picture with blue background)
Issues i have with stock firmware:
1. Very slow
2.very unstable (very often random reboots), there isnt any app that does not crash after few
minutes...
3. Awful random surprises.

Can somebody PLEASE tell me some stable custom ICS compatible with my device!! I found firmware for Pivos XIOS DS M3. Can that firmware work?

Having a few troubles with the options on my R-Box in terms of the navigation bar down the bottom, using 4.2.2, and the navigation bar has the normal navigation keys, back, home etc but then it has a hide option. Only problem is, once I hide the bar, I can't get it back unless I restart the device, I've checked the settings and it doesn't seem to be there. I might be completely blind, but a little help please?

i have android TV box called "MP_G7" running V 2.3.4 and the arabic language appears disconnected, tried too many techniques and nothing works also tried to load V 4.0.4 that is mentioned here and i got an error.
checked my board version and found it "c03ref"

please either let me know how to solve my disconnected letters problem or how to load the 4.0.4 that is found here

Try it out the website in Russian however the firmware language is English I'm using it here and works perfectly
