Hi
I recently bought a phone with Android 2.3.6.
My home WiFi network doesn't work on the phone despite using a WPS-PSK network authentication.
Kindly advise how to configure Wifi router?

Are you using MAC filters on your wifi router & forgotten to add the MAC address of the phone to the filter list in the router?
BTW Which phone wifi router are you using?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. This kind of problem is somewhat of a tricky situation. Meaning that the problem could either be the WiFi router or the device. So, there would be a lot of troubleshooting to be done on both.

On the router, change the channel to see which one might work best. On the device, while in the WiFi settings - tap the menu button (hardkey) for advance settings. Reboot the router (unplug it for a minute or two) and the device (remove and reinsert the battery) to see if these steps make any difference. Also, check into your device's area of support to see if anyone has any suggestion they could offer.

Best of luck - thanks for joining the community. :)
