I have rooted my android ( samsung galaxy y ) 2.3 gigerbread to ics 4.0.6
it works great but I want to get my android 2.3 gb back
is there any help to get it back

Hi, and welcome to Android Forums!

I'm not familiar with this particular handset, but assuming it's similar to other Samsung Androids you should be able to flash the official 2.3.6 firmware back to the device using the Odin program on your PC.
