Android 4.0.4 installed but not all option working

hi new here and I have a few issues with ICS on my GT-P7510. I installed 4.0.4 via the software updae option over wifi and all appeared to be fine. However I now realise that not all of the new functions are present. For example I did not get the new camera functions that include the live video effects also no folder option and the swipe to unlock thhe screen has no go direct to the camera option. To add to my problems when i try and watch videos from facebook they download but when i play them I get sound only..

It would be great if anyone out there could help. System details are:
Model GT-P7510
Android 4.0.4
Kernal 3.1.10
Build Imm76D.UELPL

Try doing a factory reset on your device, that usually takes care of any software related bugs after a software update. :)
 
Well a factory reset will wipe everything.

As for the "new" functions, are you sure you are supposed to get them? Not all features seen on ICS phones may be available to your update.
 
Tried factory restet and nothing has changed. Still no camera option at start up swipe, no live efects camera upgrade, no folders option etc etc. Really puzzled by this.. I seem to be the only one effected as I cannot find anything on th eweb regading similar issues.
 
Checked the new 10.1 galaxy note running 4.0.4 in two stores today and both are the same as mine, that is not all ICS enhancements are included. I checked a zoom and it had all enhacements.I can olny conclude it's a samsung galaxy only issue. I still have no video from downloaded content though despite flash 11.x.x loaded. really annoying.
