Android 4.0 OS ?

Thanks, Im new...i need some basic info on how to choose a good tablet

Should I get a tablet with 4.0 or one with 3.2 and upgrade it to 4.0?? And what is the main difference?

i recently found one on a website which uses 4.0 and has 8gb capacity n a sd slot, but it doesnt come with a webcam!! I need a webcam.

There was another one... cpu is roughly the same, has a webcam, but it comes with 3.2 OS instead of 4.0.

Price was really cheap.. around 130$ for both of them..

So, is it possible to upgrade the software to 4.0 urself?

I'm going to tell you right now, you get what you pay for. If you buy a tablet for cheap, that's what its going to feel like. Post the links so that people can see if either are reallh worth getting.
