Android 4.0 phone

[Titanik]

hi guys, I have not been following Android news lately so forget me if I said something wrong.
I'm looking for an unlock Android phone that either has Android 4.0 or up-gradable to 4.0 .
under $180 . I don't mind refurbish or some "like new" deal if there is full refund include shipping option.
need flash for camera, don't care about megapixel.
also I am interest in Xperia U & Xperia P, but because of the price so I steer to other option.
What I don't care about :music, 3G or 4G,radio.
I use it for browsing web & apps ,especially apps. Also the design is important, that's why I was debating on Sony NXT series
I won't be able to purchase a new phone until next year January ($$$ ) so if you guys know about any sale available soon, please let me know.

Thanks

Don't buy an Xperia u, mine is laggy as hell and looking to buy a new phone now.

shoot. wish I saw your post sooner. just purchased one from Ebay
oh well, glad I never interested in playing game. could be less laggy?

[hel22]

Well, Most people experience the lag only after updating to ice cream sandwich. Keep the phone as empty as possible. Good luck
Btw the lag is common but hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones that won't lag.
