Help Android 4.04 bug/Xperia T --The bug

Here's an odd bug I've noticed with my Xperia T:
If I quickly press the sleep button twice, on some occasions the phone will quickly flash then crash, and I must wait about 5 minutes for the device to restart, as I cannot pull the battery out.

Anybody know of any fixes? Do you have the same problem?
