Android 4.1.1 Emulator Camera doesn't work...

Hi, all, urgent, please help:

My environment:
Ubuntu 12.04 (32 bits) + Android 4.1.1 Emulator
After starting the emulator, after I click "Camera", I got exactly the same error as described at

insert an sd card before using the camera

Did anybody meet the same issue? How to solve the problem?

Is there anything special I need to pay attention to connecting my USB camera to the Android 4.1.1 Emulator?
