Android 4.1.2 JB question about notification drawer

Hi guys, when you pull down the notification drawer in 4.1.2, the time is given in the top left, and when you tap on the time, it takes you straight to alarms.

I'm wondering if there's a way to change that to something else?
Eg the stopwatch portion of the clock app, instead of the alarms. Or if all else fails is it possible for it to take me straight to the clocks app?

It takes me to the time and date settings. It must be a feature of the launcher you are using. What phone is it?

Using a custom ROM 4.1.2, using trebuchet.
Ya I don't want it to go to time/date settings either, I would like it to go straight to stopwatch.
